Richard Sheehan, Debbie Kirkpatrick and Matt Small took part in a debate on Shropshire Business Live TV about ways of finding the right people to fill skills gaps in the local economy.
It came on the back of a report which suggested some manufacturing and engineering companies are shying away from giving jobs to people under the age of 21 amid questions over their reliability.
